About the event
Create a colourful tote bag in a fun workshop discovering the natural secrets of the humble onion.Â
You will dye a tote bag with drab-looking onion skins and will be astounded at the wonderful colours you can produce. Â
In this inspiring workshop, you'll learn how to extract dye from plant matter and  simple shibori [tie dye] techniques for creating patterns.Â
If you'd also like to dye a T shirt or tea towel, bring your own [I'll tell you how to prepare it] or you can buy one from me, fully prepared.
No previous experience is necessary.
